Baby Mall Didn’t Give Muslin Cover Gift Despite Campaign
On September 28, 2025, I made a purchase totaling 3,084.39 TL with invoice number mv22025000029082 using my credit card at the Izmir Mavibahçe Baby Mall store. On that day, there was a campaign offering a muslin cover gift for September 28 purchases. However, at the checkout, I was told that since my product already had a discount, the muslin cover gift would not be included.
Later, at another Baby Mall location—Izmir Gaziemir Optimum—I saw that customers who bought the same product did receive the muslin cover gift. This shows inconsistency and a lack of clear communication among store employees regarding promotions. A similar issue happened with other products as well—at first I was told there would be no discount, yet at the register a discount was applied.
I request that the muslin cover gift be sent to me, or alternatively, that the value of the gift be refunded. I also expect store staff to be properly informed about campaigns to prevent such inconsistencies in the future.
