Tefal Non-Stick Pan Coating Peeled Off and No Warranty Support

I purchased a Tefal non-stick pan, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. However, the pan’s coating started peeling off on its own after minimal use. I contacted Tefal customer service, but they informed me that the issue is not covered under warranty, and they cannot provide assistance.

This is extremely disappointing from a brand like Tefal, which is known for its durable and reliable products. If even Tefal cannot stand behind its quality, what can consumers trust? I expect better service and product integrity from such a reputable company.

I plan to escalate this issue to Consumer Rights for resolution. I urge Tefal to reconsider and provide a solution promptly.
