I have been using a Zwilling soup ladle that I purchased from Enplus.com.tr for about five months. I chose this product believing it was made of stainless steel, but I recently noticed that it has started to rust. Experiencing rust on a frequently used kitchen utensil in such a short time is both concerning for health reasons and inconsistent with the brand’s expected quality.
After encountering this issue, I contacted Enplus, but I have not received any response so far. Since I do not consider it safe to continue using a rusted product, I have stopped using it altogether.
I request that my Zwilling soup ladle be examined and evaluated as a defective product, and that I be offered either a replacement or a full refund. Experiencing such a problem in a short period has seriously damaged my trust in the brand, and I would like to state that I do not plan to choose Zwilling products again after this experience.
