I purchased a Stanley thermos less than a year ago, trusting its claim of being made from “stainless steel” and backed by a lifetime warranty. To my surprise and disappointment, I recently discovered rust forming inside the thermos. A rusting product that is supposed to be stainless? That’s simply unacceptable—especially from a brand that builds its reputation on durability and quality.
I contacted Stanley through their official website, but I haven’t received any response or support regarding this issue. I specifically chose Stanley for its promise of reliability and the advertised lifetime guarantee, yet now I’m being completely ignored.
I’m demanding a clear explanation about why a stainless steel product is rusting and what Stanley plans to do about it. If they truly stand by their lifetime guarantee, then they should take immediate action to replace the faulty thermos or provide a full refund. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and actual support—not silence.
