Stanley Warranty Replacement Request



I received a Stanley thermos as a gift and was very happy since it’s such a popular brand. I believed it to be stainless, but unfortunately the lid has already rusted. This was disappointing to see, especially because I expected long-lasting quality.
Because of the rust, I haven’t been able to test its heat retention or use it at all—I don’t feel comfortable drinking from a product that shows corrosion so quickly.
I kindly request that Stanley address this issue under its lifetime warranty by either replacing the lid or providing a new thermos. A brand known for durability should not have visible rust in such a short time, and I hope my problem will be resolved quickly.
