Tefal Acticook Pressure Cooker Not Working Properly – Air Leak and Timer Issue

I have been using a Tefal Acticook 6 L pressure cooker for over 10–12 years, but I have never been able to use it as a proper pressure cooker and have always had to use it like a regular pot. Despite replacing the timer and gasket, the cooker leaks a significant amount of air, operates very noisily, and the timer still does not function properly. Because of this, I cannot safely or comfortably cook under pressure.
From the time I first purchased it, the cooking symbols and markings on the lid wore off very quickly. I later noticed that in newer versions of the product, these symbols were made permanent and this issue no longer exists, which clearly indicates a defect in the earlier production series.
I trusted the Tefal brand and chose this model, but I regret my decision because I have been dealing with the same problems for years. I have contacted Tefal and authorized service centers multiple times over the years, but I was told that nothing could be done because spare parts for the upper mechanism are no longer produced. Even when the timer was replaced, the main issue with the upper mechanism and air leakage could not be resolved, leaving me with a product I cannot properly use.
I request that my Tefal Acticook 6 L pressure cooker be fully replaced, or at the very least that the entire lid, including the upper mechanism, be replaced so that I can finally cook meals in 5–10 minutes like a normal pressure cooker user without constantly dealing with service issues.
If my problem is not resolved, Tefal will unfortunately be the last brand I consider or recommend in any product category. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently and that my trust in your brand be restored.
There has been no progress on my damage compensation claim, Tefal did not address my issue and I am not satisfied.
