Unable to Obtain Missing Seal for Zwilling Pressure Cooker, Now Unusable

I lost the sealing silicone piece for my Zwilling pressure cooker and have been unable to obtain a replacement. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was only told that my request was noted. No stock information or estimated availability date was provided.

Because of this small missing silicone part, I can no longer use my pressure cooker, rendering it useless. It’s absurd that a reputable brand cannot supply such a simple component. I demand immediate action to provide the replacement part or an alternative solution so I can use my cooker again. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly.
