The small plastic piece on the lid of my Zwilling pressure cooker went missing, and I’ve been unable to find a replacement anywhere. I contacted customer service and submitted a request, but they informed me that many others are also waiting for parts and couldn’t provide a timeline for when it will arrive.

It’s been nearly two months, and I still cannot use my pressure cooker. This delay and lack of resolution are incredibly frustrating, especially for such a well-known brand. I expect Zwilling to prioritize this issue, provide the replacement part immediately, and improve their after-sales support. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely for such essential items.
