If Zety keeps charging you monthly, you need to cancel it from the correct place and make sure it’s fully stopped:
Verify your subscription first;
• Log into your Zety account
• Check:
– “My Plan” / Subscription status
– Next billing date
– Any confirmation emails
Zety uses auto-renewal, so charges continue until you cancel
Check where you subscribed;
• Zety website → cancel in account settings
• PayPal → cancel automatic payments
• Apple / Google → cancel via subscriptions
If you cancel in the wrong place, billing continues.
Cancel your subscription properly;
• Go to Account Settings → “My Plan”
• Click “Cancel subscription”
• Confirm cancellation
• Wait for confirmation email
Without confirmation, it’s not canceled.
