Zety.com Charges Unauthorized Monthly Subscription Fees After One-Time Resume Creation
In December, I made a one-time payment on the Zety.com website solely for the purpose of creating a resume. This payment was made for a single service, and I had no knowledge of, nor did I provide explicit consent for, initiating a monthly or recurring subscription.
Following that transaction in December, I never used the Zety.com service again. However, I later noticed that recurring fees were being deducted from my bank account every month. No clear or understandable information was provided to me regarding the initiation of a recurring subscription, and I gave no authorization for these ongoing payments.
Therefore, I demand an investigation into all recurring deductions made from my account and a full refund of all charges collected without my consent.
Additionally, I request the immediate cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account to ensure no further charges are deducted from my bank account.
I request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible and that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded to me.
