Zety.com Unauthorized Payments Complaint

I recently discovered that Zety.com has been charging my bank card for a subscription that I never knowingly started or approved. On 10/09/2026 I checked my bank statement and saw recurring payments to Zety.com, which have apparently been going on since 15/01/2026, with a total of €216 taken from my account. I did not intend to purchase any paid subscription from Zety.com and I did not knowingly agree to a recurring payment plan. The charges of €23.70 per month shown in my bank statement came as a complete surprise to me, and I only realized this today when reviewing my transactions. I request that all amounts charged without my clear and informed consent, totalling €216, be fully refunded to me and that any active subscription or automatic renewal linked to my card or account be cancelled immediately. I also ask for a written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit authorization.
