Zety Subscription Created Without Permission—Customer Complaint

I made a one-time payment to Zety to create a CV. However, without my knowledge or consent, a subscription was created in my name, and on January 22, 2026, at 6:43 PM, $35 was charged from my TEB Bank debit card. The receipt/transaction number for this charge is 00002415.

I did not authorize any subscription or recurring payment, and I do not accept this charge under any circumstances. I also did not receive any confirmation or notification via email or SMS. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the $35 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.

Additionally, I request that this unauthorized subscription be terminated immediately and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding this process.
