Zety Charged My Card Twice Without Consent—Unauthorized Subscription Fees
On January 7, 2026, I made a one-time payment on Zety to create a CV. Despite not requesting any membership or subscription, my Akbank debit card was charged $35 in January and again on February 28, 2026, bringing the total unauthorized charges to $70, all without my permission or approval.
I only paid for a one-time use, and I do not accept these unauthorized charges. I request that my account, created with the email c*******@gmail.com, be permanently closed, that all my personal data and card information be deleted, and that the full amount charged to my card be refunded.
I also request that these unauthorized charges be stopped immediately and that I be informed about the refund process as soon as possible.
