Refund From Zety.com

I recently used the CV builder service on Zety.com and made what I believed was a one‑off payment for a single use of the service. At no point did I intend to purchase an ongoing subscription, and I was not aware that further amounts would be charged. Today, an amount of NGN 33,084.91 was withdrawn from my account under the name “zety.com” (auth: N7DC04). I did not knowingly agree to a recurring payment, and I only expected to pay once for the CV builder. I did not cancel any subscription because I did not understand that one existed. I request that the NGN 33,084.91 taken today be fully refunded to my account and that any ongoing subscription linked to my details be cancelled so that no further charges are made.
