I Face Unauthorized ₺800 Charges and Can’t Cancel My Zety Membership

I signed up for Zety thinking it would be a helpful resume tool, but it turned into a financial nightmare. For several months, Zety has been withdrawing over ₺800 from my account every single month without my consent. I was never clearly informed that this would be a recurring charge when I first signed up. Since realizing these unauthorized charges, I have tried countless times to cancel my subscription. Despite following the official cancellation process, my membership remains active, and the charges keep coming.

Even worse, Zety completely ignores my cancellation requests. I only got any response when I threatened legal action. No company should force customers to fight for months just to stop unwanted payments. This situation has caused me financial stress and wasted countless hours of my time.

I am urgently asking Zety to stop billing me immediately and refund the unauthorized charges. This is unethical business practice, and they must be held accountable. I warn other users to stay away from this deceptive service unless Zety publicly fixes their billing and cancellation process.
