I Report Unauthorized $23.70 Charges from Zety.com Despite No Membership

I recently discovered that Zety.com charged my account four separate times for $23.70 each, even though I have never used or signed up for their service. When I visited the Zety.com website to investigate, I was shocked to find that there was an active membership in my name. I have no memory of ever creating an account or giving them permission to charge my card. This is a complete violation of consumer trust.
As soon as I found out, I immediately canceled the so-called membership to prevent any further unauthorized charges. But the fact remains that Zety.com already withdrew nearly $100 from my account without my knowledge. This kind of unauthorized billing is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.
I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges. I also expect Zety.com to investigate how my account was created and take immediate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. If the company truly values its customers, they should prioritize transparency and consent in their billing practices. Please resolve this issue urgently and restore my trust.
