I signed up for Zety.com to create a CV, thinking I would only pay a small one-time fee. However, today I was shocked to find that Zety charged my account 816₺ without providing any service in return. I haven’t used their services since the initial signup, and no new resume was created.
I was under the impression that Zety was an affordable tool for creating resumes, but this charge is far from what was advertised. There was no notification, invoice, or explanation before taking this amount from my card.
I will contact Zety during working hours to demand a full refund. This type of unauthorized charge is unacceptable and misleading. The company must refund my money immediately and ensure that no further payments are withdrawn from my account without my consent.
