I paid 56,69₺ to Zety to create a single resume and immediately canceled my subscription afterward. Despite canceling, I was shocked to discover that Zety has been charging my card illegally for several months without my consent. I have never used the service again, nor did I authorize these recurring payments.
These unauthorized charges are as follows:
May 18, 2024: 787,30₺
June 15, 2024: 793,76₺
July 16, 2024: 804,74₺
I demand a full and immediate refund of all these charges. I never gave permission for ongoing payments, and I canceled my subscription right after the initial purchase. The fact that Zety continued charging my card without authorization is unacceptable and illegal.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Consumers should not be taken advantage of like this. Zety must take responsibility, stop these unauthorized withdrawals, and refund my money immediately.
