I paid Zety a one-time fee to create a CV, thinking that was the only charge. However, without subscribing to anything, they pulled an outrageous ₺833 from my bank account, claiming it was for a trial period. What’s worse, the trial still had 22 days left when they took my money.
I didn’t authorize any subscription. I didn’t agree to automatic billing. I specifically paid only for a single CV creation. After noticing this unauthorized transaction, I immediately canceled my account to prevent further charges.
I demand the immediate refund of the ₺833 they wrongfully charged me. Zety cannot take people’s money under the false pretense of a trial period. It’s deceptive and unethical to charge someone before the trial even ends.
Zety needs to respect customer trust and stop misleading people with hidden charges. I expect them to refund my money promptly and explain how this happened.
