Zen Diamonds Online Purchase Fails, Credit Card Charged!

On February 13, 2024, I made a purchase through Zen Pırlanta's website using a Fiba Bank shopping credit in the amount of ₺24,875.00. The credit was approved, and this amount was debited from my account to the Zen Pırlanta account. However, there was a problem: at that moment, there was an instant issue, and my order could not be processed on the website. I called two days in a row, and they said they had informed the accounting department. They said, 'This is the first time this has happened to us.' I have the receipt, and there is an incomplete order on their side. It shouldn't be this difficult. They don't ask the accounting department, 'Has this payment been received into our account, and do we have the relevant receipt? Then let's complete this order and have it appear in the customer's Zen account.' I am complaining about this matter and requesting that the credit taken be canceled by Zen. Just to let you know.
