Zara Took My Payment for Four Items but Did Not Create My Order
On 9 September 2025, I purchased four items totaling ₺3,860 through the Zara app, paying by credit card, and the amount was debited from my account. However, my order never appeared in the system and no order was created, even though I have the payment receipt. After this issue, I contacted Zara’s customer service center as well as their Twitter account, but the only reply I received was, “The case has been opened, and an investigation is underway,” without any real solution. Yesterday, I also filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office regarding this matter. I live in Istanbul, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem. I am requesting that Zara deliver the products I have already paid for.
