H&M Payment Error, Multiple Charges but No Order Confirmation or Refund


On June 25th, I made a purchase on the H&M online store with a total cart amount of ₺3,583.97. Immediately after placing the order, I noticed three separate charges on my credit card for the exact same transaction — totaling over ₺10,000. I contacted customer service right away and explained the issue, asking them to cancel the duplicate charges before they were posted to my account.
The representative told me there was nothing they could do since the charges were pending, but that they submitted a refund request and I should receive my money back within 24 hours. It’s now well past that deadline, and still no refund has been processed.
To make matters worse, since 24 hours have now passed, the refund — if it ever comes — will appear in installments on my statement, further complicating everything.
H&M is now blaming the payment provider @iyzico, saying the issue is on their end. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve been charged thousands for a purchase I only made once, and nobody is offering a real solution.
I demand a full and immediate refund, along with a proper explanation of why this happened and how they plan to prevent it in the future. I won’t accept being left in limbo after being wrongfully charged.
