Zara's Failed Promises and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for a jacket from the Zara online store, paying extra for expedited shipping with a promised delivery date of 21.06.2023. However, the product did not arrive on time as agreed. Zara, a seemingly corporate company, entrusted the delivery to a third-party cargo company called Hoopkapıda, which turned out to be inaccessible and unprofessional. They even charged extra for this subpar shipping service. To resolve the issue, I repeatedly contacted Zara's customer support through their chat section, but their responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. They abruptly ended the conversation when faced with contradictions. Despite providing my business address, they attempted to deflect blame by claiming the delay was due to late delivery. The customer representatives were rude and unwilling to offer any viable solutions. They ignored complaints and feedback, leaving me without a product or a resolution. It's disheartening to see Zara, a supposedly corporate company, partnering with such an unprofessional cargo company. This experience has been a complete disgrace.
