I placed an order on Zara's online store (Order No: 5399***2106) and paid extra to have the delivery date moved to December 18, 2024. When my order wasn’t delivered on the specified date, I contacted the courier company, Birgündekargo (Tracking No: 235831907027). They informed me that no deliveries were made to my address on December 18. This critical detail was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
I reached out to Zara customer service, but their responses were generic and failed to address my specific concerns. To make matters worse, they ended the call abruptly before I could finish explaining. The delayed delivery and unhelpful customer support from Zara and Birgündekargo have left me highly dissatisfied.
