Zara Did Not Refund Me for a Returned Order Stuck at the Pickup Point for Months

I placed an order on Zara’s official online store in Turkey on November 29, 2024. The order was delivered to the designated pickup point on December 7, 2024. However, since I wasn’t able to collect it within the specified time, the order was automatically marked for return. Despite this, the courier company never picked up the package from the pickup point, and Zara has still not refunded my payment. It has now been five months, and Zara continues to ignore the issue. Since there is no phone-based customer support in Turkey, I’ve been forced to explain the problem over and over again via written messages — only to receive the same generic response each time: “please wait.” Frankly, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable — especially from a brand like Zara. If this were a shady, back-alley business, at least they would’ve had the decency to issue a refund or offer a solution by now. That Zara has done neither is a disgrace.
