No one has contacted me, and attempts to reach the courier company have been unsuccessful.
Zara’s customer service has been no help, simply telling me to wait. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor logistics management. I expect Zara to address this issue immediately and ensure my order is delivered without further delay. A brand like Zara should provide better service to its customers.
