Zara Order Delivery Delayed Despite Scheduled Date, No Communication from Courier
I purchased a product from Zara, expecting timely delivery, but it has yet to arrive. The scheduled delivery date was November 13, 2024, but I keep receiving updates claiming “recipient unreachable.” This is completely untrue as the address provided is a well-known business location. No one has contacted me, and attempts to reach the courier company have been unsuccessful.
Zara’s customer service has been no help, simply telling me to wait. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor logistics management. I expect Zara to address this issue immediately and ensure my order is delivered without further delay. A brand like Zara should provide better service to its customers.
