I placed an order with Zara, expecting it to arrive on the promised date, but it still hasn’t been delivered. It’s been four days since the package was supposedly out for delivery with Kargoist, and there’s no update. When I contacted the courier company, they spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, yet my package remains undelivered.
I planned for the dress to arrive by December 20, 2024, as it was crucial for a specific occasion. If it doesn’t fit upon arrival, how am I supposed to manage a return or exchange in time? This lack of organization and accountability from both Zara and Kargoist is unacceptable.
Zara, as a reputed brand, should partner with reliable logistics companies and provide proper solutions for such issues. I demand immediate delivery of my order or compensation for this inconvenience.
