Zara Online Order Stuck in Delivery – No Support from Courier Service
I placed an order from Zara online, with a delivery date promised for November 13, 2024. The product was handed over to the courier and marked as "out for delivery," but it has neither been delivered nor have I received any updates. Attempts to contact the courier company, Birgündekargo, have been futile—the provided phone number is unreachable, and customer service does not respond.
I’ve spent 15-20 minutes on hold multiple times without success. Zara has not processed a return or provided any resolution. What happens now? This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Zara, I demand immediate action to either deliver my order or issue a full refund without further delays.
