I placed an order with the expectation that it would be delivered on January 18th, and even paid for the shipping fee. However, I was informed that Zara had chosen the shipping company for my package, and to my dismay, my delivery date has now been delayed for three days. It is unacceptable that a company as large and reputable as Zara is unable to manage and fulfill a simple task such as delivering an order on time. This demonstrates their lack of capability and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone, leaving me feeling disrespected and disregarded as a customer. I question the value of a brand that is unable to meet the basic expectations of its customers and provide a satisfactory shopping experience. I expect Zara to take responsibility for their actions and provide a fair resolution to this matter. I will not hesitate to use my legal rights if my parcel is not delivered soon. I hope that Zara will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and provide fair resolution to this matter.
