I am frustrated with Zara’s delivery service. The delivery date for my order has passed, yet my package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted Zara’s customer service multiple times, but they have been absolutely unhelpful. I’ve received no clear updates, and I cannot even reach the shipping company to track my package. This lack of communication and accountability has caused significant inconvenience. Zara’s failure to provide proper support or a resolution has left me deeply dissatisfied. I demand immediate action to locate and deliver my order or issue a full refund. This experience has made me lose trust in Zara’s services, and I expect them to take responsibility for this unacceptable delay.
