On April 8th, I ordered a product from Zara, and delivery was planned for April 16th. However, I waited till 8:30 p.m. yesterday and no delivery arrived. I contacted them over WhatsApp and chat to inquire about the delay, but they provided no adequate explanation. It's aggravating that the shipping firm never delivers items on schedule and is practically impossible to contact. Responses are delayed by a day, or they just state they have forwarded the message. How is it appropriate not to contact the shipping firm during business hours? Furthermore, where are the employees' managers, and why aren't they providing good service? They quickly end the discussion, making it impossible to reach them again. This lack of politeness is unforgivable. While delays may occur, delivering information and treating the consumer with respect is critical. I am eagerly awaiting information from Zara and OneDayShipping.
