I placed an order with Zara, but it has been over a week past the promised delivery date, and I still haven’t received my package. Despite calling multiple times, no one has been able to provide any information about the whereabouts of my order. It’s incredibly frustrating that a brand like Zara works with such unreliable logistics.

I trusted Zara for timely service, but this experience has left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I demand immediate action to locate my package and ensure its delivery as soon as possible. Additionally, I expect compensation for this delay and lack of communication. Zara must prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve this issue promptly.
