My Zara Online Orders Delayed—Customer Service Keeps Stalling Me
Last week, I made a purchase from Zara's online store. The estimated delivery date was Friday, but my order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they kept stalling me without providing any concrete answers. Frustrated by the lack of support, I ended up canceling my order. This week, I decided to give Zara another chance and placed a new order. It's now Tuesday, and the delivery date is supposed to be Thursday, yet the status still shows as "order received" with no progress. Once again, customer service is giving me the runaround, failing to offer proper responses or solutions. This repeated delay is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If Zara continues to operate this way, they need to improve their customer service and ensure timely deliveries. I expect them to address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution.
