Missing Zara Shipment and Unresponsive Customer Support
I bought something from Zara that cost 4,774.50 TL. Someone who said they were a Kargoist courier called me at 10:09 a.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2023, and said they would deliver my package to the front desk. They asked for my ID number. I gave it to them, but when I went to the front desk to ask about my package, they told me that it hadn't been delivered. I went to the Kargoist branch in Beşiktaş today, but it was empty. No one was around. The Zara website currently says that my package has been sent, but it hasn't. I've been trying to get in touch with the courier company for days, but their call center hasn't answered. I talked to Zara's live support, and they said they would get back to me by email. I did not pay a small amount. I need to talk to you right away and have this problem fixed. If that doesn't happen, I will go to court against both Kargoist and Zara. Both companies are supposed to be trustworthy, so this kind of carelessness is not okay.
