Zara Took My Money While Cargo Company Falsely Marked My Order as Delivered
I purchased a product from Zara, which was picked up by Kargoist on 01.09.2025. However, the product has not been delivered to me. Not only was it not delivered, but the system also indicates that it has been delivered. When I called Kargoist, it seems they have blocked my number, as I cannot reach an operator. When I call from another number, it connects immediately. After reading other complaints, I realized that many people have experienced the same issue. In Zara’s system, it also shows the product was delivered by Kargoist. I have lost both my money and the product I purchased. The branch responsible for delivering the package to me appears to be the Kargoist Bağcılar branch. However, the branch’s phone is constantly unavailable, so I cannot establish any contact. Since I work, I cannot go to the branch to pick up my product. After all, why did I pay for the shipping if they’re not going to deliver it? I’m curious why Zara continues to work with Kargoist, a company that has caused many people’s problems for a long time. I have also been in contact with Zara's customer service for days, but apart from receiving automated responses, I have nothing to show for it. Since Kargoist has marked the product as delivered in their system, Zara is treating it as though the product has been delivered to me and is doing nothing. They keep saying they are in touch with the shipping company, but I am sure that no such communication is taking place, and both my money and my product have been taken. If I’m expected to prove that the product is not with me, I can send them a photo of my empty hand. Moreover, in law, the burden of proof does not lie with the consumer. It is the shipping company that needs to prove it. There is something called Consumer Rights. I will report the situation to the necessary authorities.
