Zara Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It from Cargo Company
The order I placed with Zara, number 54174570524, is marked as delivered by the courier company Kargoist, even though I never received it. I had provided my workplace address for delivery, and on May 10, 2025, there were company security personnel on-site working in 24/7 shifts. Despite this, the package was not delivered, I was not contacted in any way, and no delivery code was requested during the supposed delivery. The system shows the package as delivered to my workplace on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 20:11. It has been impossible to reach Zara to explain the situation, and I have been completely unable to contact the courier company. As a result, I’ve suffered a serious loss due to a high-value order being falsely marked as delivered. The issue occurred with Kargoist Sultanbeyli Zara, and I respectfully request that my grievance be resolved.
As you can see in the photo, no code was shared for the cargo that is shown as delivered at 20:11 on 10.05.2025. However, they did share a code for the previous delivery. In other words, for the cargo they are covering up, they did not share a code or the name of the person who received it, and simply marked it as delivered to me. Guys, I requested the cargo to be sent to my workplace, meaning I entered my company's address and the delivery was made there. Is it logical for me to be at work at 20:11 on a Saturday, which is the weekend, on 10.05.2025? Do you think so? Also, if the cargo had arrived at the company and you had delivered it, the security guards who are there 24/7 would have received it from you. So, since I don't work on weekends and the company is closed, you couldn't have delivered the cargo to me at 20:11... As the Zara brand, will you contact the cargo company you work with and resolve your customer's grievance? Or will you just pocket the money and say it's not your concern and step aside... If you are working with such a cargo company, you cannot victimize people like this. My shipment has not reached me, and I have been waiting for a response from Zara since 12.05.2025.
