Zara Online Store Failed to Deliver My Order and Refuses Refund for 3 Months

On June 15, 2025, I placed an online order from the Zara website for 4 items, paid by credit card. On June 17, 2025, I received a message stating the order was delivered by Kargoist, but I never received the package. No delivery confirmation code was provided. I contacted Kargoist, who admitted they couldn’t locate the package and claimed they had already reported the issue to Zara. Since then, I have reported this problem to Zara multiple times through WhatsApp—the only available communication channel—but after 3 months, I still haven’t received a refund. Despite being a loyal customer of Zara for years, including at the Ankara Panora store, I have only been told to “wait” with no clear explanation or apology. It is extremely disappointing that a global brand like Zara ignores such a serious issue and holds onto customers’ money without accountability. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and a formal explanation for this unacceptable treatment.
