Despite seeking assistance from their call center and in-store representatives, I have been unable to find a satisfactory resolution. I am writing this complaint to shed light on the issue and urge Yves Rocher to provide a fair solution. Yves Rocher's denial of the exchange, claiming the product was intended as a gift, undermines their commitment to consumer rights. Their interpretation of the law appears self-serving, disregarding the proper course of action. Neither their call center nor the physical store has been able to offer a resolution, leaving me frustrated and in need of assistance. I kindly request Yves Rocher to reevaluate their position and provide a satisfactory resolution.
