Yves Rocher Gift Product Ruined My Face and Left It Burned and Swollen

Yves Rocher ruined my face, and I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I can’t recognize my face; your products are terrible. My face is still burning, and it’s not going away. Along with the hair spray, they said, “This is a gift, try it,” and gave it to me. When I checked on Xolvie, I saw that others experienced the same issue, but it was too late for me. Absolutely do not use the products they give as gifts; they ruined me. Who will take responsibility for my skin? I will pursue this. I bought the product from the Arena Mall store, and my face is now covered in tears. Before using the product, I didn’t have any issues with my face, but now it’s in this condition, and I don’t know how long it will stay this way. The brand must contact me, or I will take this to Consumer Rights. I also have evidence. Do not buy their creams under any circumstances; the "gifts" they claim to give caused this damage. Are you selling these products knowingly? I saw on Xolvie that many people have complained in the same way. I wish I had checked earlier; this has been a lesson for me, but it’s too late now. Shame on a brand like yours. You’ve done this to me and ruined my face. There’s so much I want to write here, but I’m holding back. I will fight for my rights. Your products ruined my skin. What kind of brand is this? Are you mocking us? I can’t recognize my face, and it’s not healing. My face is swollen, and I have video proof. Don’t ever trust the "gifts" they claim to give!
The products don't even have a date on them, and I don't even bother to put the other one in the given gels.
