I have been buying Yves Rocher perfumes for many years. Today, for the first time, I received a perfume from their website with damaged packaging, a torn protective seal, and no outer box. I was shocked to see that a returned product had been sent, even though I had purchased one of the most long-lasting perfumes from the series on sale. The scent, known for its natural, botanical notes, fades after a short time. It's disappointing that such a renowned brand would sell a product like this and be unreachable for support. The product was delivered five hours ago, and there’s no way I could have caused this damage at that time. My advice: always check the package before accepting delivery, regardless of how famous the brand is.
