Melbet Delays My KYC Verification and Freezes My 330 USDT Withdrawal

I am submitting this formal complaint against Melbet due to an unjustified delay in my verification (KYC) process and the subsequent freezing of my withdrawal request. I registered my Melbet account under User ID 1597810659 and recently requested a withdrawal of 330 USDT on June 10. After submitting this withdrawal request, the security team asked me to complete KYC verification and provide documents. I fully complied and submitted a large amount of highly sensitive personal information, including my national ID card, passport, driver’s license, a utility bill as proof of address, and multiple requested selfies holding my identification documents. All of the documents I provided are valid, clear, high‑resolution, and fully consistent with my registration information, with no mismatch or ambiguity. Despite this, my account has remained under “review” for around 10 days. During this period, my 330 USDT withdrawal has effectively been frozen, even though this is not my first withdrawal from this account. Each time I contact Melbet support through their customer service channels, I only receive generic, template messages telling me to wait, without any specific explanation, reason, or time frame. They have not mentioned any issue such as bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or suspicious activity; they simply keep repeating that I have to wait. From my perspective, this situation looks like an intentional delay tactic using endless KYC review to avoid paying out my rightful funds, even though I have been completely transparent and cooperative throughout the process. My money remains trapped in my account with no clear resolution in sight. I respectfully request that the mediation team on this platform intervene, review how Melbet is handling my case, and help ensure that my verification is approved and my 330 USDT withdrawal is processed without any further delay.
