Yves Rocher's Failed Delivery and Unhelpful Customer Service
Despite the fact that I am a frequent Yves Rocher customer, it has been twenty days since I placed an order, and the shipment has yet to arrive. After contacting the shipping company, they informed me that it had instead been delivered to another customer. My shipment has gone missing and cannot be found anywhere. I've attempted to contact customer service, but they have been unable to assist me. There will be no refunds or product replacements. I am very unhappy with how things have turned out. It is not my responsibility to see that my package arrives on time. If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to seek redress through the legal system and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court.
