Unauthorised Charging On Reelshort Subscription
I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by Reelshort to my credit card, despite the fact that I had already cancelled my subscription through Apple. I had previously subscribed only once to the weekly VIP plan and then cancelled it, and in my Apple subscriptions, it clearly shows that the subscription ended on April 3. However, on June 19, a charge of USD 35.99 was billed to my credit card, which I discovered through a bank alert on my mobile app. My Apple account and credit card are registered in Hong Kong. I have not been able to find any clear customer support or contact point for Reelshort, so I am raising this complaint to have the matter resolved. I request a full refund of the unauthorized USD 35.99 charge, immediate cancellation of any active or hidden subscription related to my account, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly, as I cancelled my subscription properly through Apple and did not authorize any further payments after April 3.
