Yves Rocher Skin Care Caused Allergic Reactions
I had purchased Yves Rocher products as well as a free face wash gel. I used it for the first time today, and it left burn marks on my skin, which is still red and irritated. When I returned to the store where I made the purchase, they were unconcerned, even claiming to be about to eat breakfast. They dismissed my complaint completely, claiming it had nothing to do with them. Frustrated, I called customer service and spoke with three different representatives, all of whom did nothing but delay the process by promising to send an email. But I haven't received any emails, and they claim it will be another 7 days before they respond. Meanwhile, my face is flushed. I can't believe Yves Rocher is so oblivious to the possibility of causing allergic reactions. I had to see a doctor and am now on a number of medications. I'm hoping it won't leave any permanent scars. This is incredible.

Oh my, the same is happening to me. I did not sleep all night. I washed my face with their face gel and was itchy all night. I did not know it was that, so in the morning I washed it again and my face is all burned and swollen. I have been splashing cold water every 10 minutes. I will go to the store to see if I can get a refund because I bought two gels. I don't know what harsh chemical they put in it but this never happened to me before...
