Surveyeah Did Not Credit My Surveys - I Lost More Than €10

My wife and I have each completed around 50 surveys on the Surveyeah app since the end of August, but we have only received payments for 3-4 of them. Every time we finished a survey, we got the message “Congratulations, you’ve completed the survey” without being disqualified, yet no payments were credited. My account currently shows about €8, but based on the number of surveys I completed, it should be at least €18, and my wife is facing the same issue. We had no problems with our internet or the app, and while I previously requested payment and received a coupon code, the payments for these recent surveys are missing. We haven’t contacted customer service yet, but we ask for all outstanding survey payments to both of our accounts to be credited as compensation for our time.
