YouGov App Not Sending Surveys to New Users — No Surveys for Days
I recently started using the YouGov survey app, but I still haven’t received a single survey. It’s been three days, and there are no new surveys or notifications. This situation is very disappointing — it almost feels like the app is making fun of users instead of rewarding them for their time.
I believe YouGov should find a solution or method to ensure new users receive surveys more regularly. I’ve been waiting patiently, but nothing has happened so far. Please look into this issue and help me get access to surveys as soon as possible.
