Starbucks Order Invoice Not Provided - Support Blocking Issue

I placed an order from Starbucks through Yemeksepeti and have been waiting for the invoice/receipt ever since, but nothing has been provided. I repeatedly informed customer support that the “View Invoice” section shows no document at all, yet I wasn’t given any helpful response. What concerns me even more is that I suddenly became unable to reach the support line, and during my last attempt, the call was ended while I was still explaining the issue. Being blocked from support and having my request ignored feels unacceptable, especially when the absence of a proper invoice is a clear legal obligation. Because of this missing document, I cannot submit the expense to my company, which has caused me financial harm. Instead of addressing the problem, the support team simply cut the conversation short. My request is simple: I want the invoice for my order sent to me without any further delay, and I expect a proper explanation regarding why communication was interrupted. If this is not resolved, I will move forward with formal complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the Revenue Administration, and any other relevant authorities, along with all call logs and evidence.
