On May 26, 2025, at 17:26, I placed an order via Yemeksepeti for two “Venti White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino” beverages from Starbucks. For a drink that should have been delivered in no more than 25 minutes, I ended up waiting for a full hour. When the products finally arrived, the whipped cream had completely melted and the ice was fully dissolved. The drinks were in terrible condition, and the quality was extremely poor. It was impossible for me to consume them in that condition, so I had to throw them away without drinking. I had experienced a similar issue before and couldn’t reach customer service at the time. When I posted on Xolvie, I was contacted, apologized to, and given a refund. This time, I managed to reach your customer service, but I was told that a refund or replacement was not possible. The same issue is happening again, yet no resolution is being offered now. Is customer satisfaction subject to the whims of your customer service team? Don’t you have a proper procedure for such situations? I am requesting a refund. Otherwise, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

"I had been called for a problem I experienced before and was promised a solution, but unfortunately, I did not get a result. However, with my new complaint, it is pleasing that they noticed my past grievance and issued a refund for both of my requests. Thank you. Taking preventive operational steps regarding frequently missing product shipments, without the need for customer complaints, will further increase trust in your brand.
