Starbucks Sent Me Only an Americano Instead of My Order

On June 25, 2025, I ordered a mosaic cake and a frozen Refresha from STARBUCKS via the Yemeksepeti app for ₺409.99. After paying the courier with my credit card, I was shocked to see that the only item delivered was a single Americano—a completely different product. During my first conversation with the Yemeksepeti help center, I was told that I would be contacted to dispose of the incorrect item and receive a refund, but no one followed up. In my second attempt, I was informed that the “User Solutions Team” would respond within 48 hours, yet I still received no reply. When I then tried to file a complaint by phone, I was told that complaints could only be made through the help center on the mobile app or website. However, since the order is no longer active, the system won’t let me access the complaint section. In the end, I received neither the product I ordered nor any proper support, and I expect a full refund of the ₺409.99 that was charged to my credit card.

I was able to create a new record through the 'requests' section under 'another order' regarding the refund amount. However, there has been no response to this either. I will apply to the Arbitration Committee for the refund of 409.99 TL, which was unjustly taken.

I filed my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee via TÜBİS.

On 10.07.2025, I contacted the Yemeksepeti help center through another order (because the original order was closed and does not appear in my past orders) and when I explained my problem, the conversation was immediately terminated. The conversation transcript is attached. This is truly a very disrespectful behavior!

It's been 32 days and the refund still hasn't been processed! In fact, my order no longer appears in my past orders. They deleted it so I wouldn't start a new request :(
