Yemek Sepeti Ignored My Order Notes and Refused Full Refund for Starbucks Drink

I experienced serious issues with my order from Starbucks via Yemeksepeti. The notes I provided during the order were completely ignored, and the package arrived with the safety seal already open. My drink had spilled inside the bag, and the whipped cream on top was missing. This situation is unacceptable in terms of hygiene and quality standards. While I expected the issue to be resolved with a replacement or full refund, I was instead given a ₺100 compensation coupon, which I did not request. I clearly stated that I wanted a full refund of my payment. Later, I selected the "Missing items in my order" option and requested a refund, but only 50 percent of the amount charged to my card was refunded. This has caused significant inconvenience and is unacceptable. It is unreasonable to expect me to consume a product with a torn seal and compromised hygiene, so I discarded it. I was also unable to reach your customer service, which raises concerns about your communication and service quality. Due to the product not meeting hygiene and quality standards, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged to my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and the Ministry of Trade. I kindly ask for my grievance to be addressed as soon as possible.
